1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or browsing AgriBridge Africa, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to register as a farmer or buyer. Farmers must be the lawful producer or an authorised representative of the cooperative they list on behalf of.
3. Product listings
Farmers are responsible for the accuracy of listing information, including pricing, certifications, MOQ and harvest availability. AgriBridge reserves the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, unverifiable or violate export regulations.
Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed by our verification team.
4. Farmer verification
Verification badges reflect a documentation and, where applicable, farm-visit review at a point in time. They do not constitute a guarantee of ongoing quality, and buyers should conduct their own due diligence before large orders.
5. Fees and payments
Listing fees, Buyer Pass subscriptions and any other charges are described at the point of payment. All amounts shown in this demo are illustrative and no real charges are processed.
6. User conduct
Users must not misrepresent products, harass counterparts, or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees. AgriBridge may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Messaging and enquiries
Messages between farmers and buyers are provided to facilitate trade discussions. AgriBridge is not a party to any resulting sale contract and does not guarantee delivery, quality or payment outcomes between users.
8. Intellectual property
All AgriBridge branding, design and platform software remain the property of AgriBridge Africa. Farmers retain ownership of their photos and descriptions but grant AgriBridge a licence to display them on the marketplace.
9. Limitation of liability
AgriBridge Africa is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or trades conducted between users.
This is a product demonstration environment. No real goods, payments or shipments are involved.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AgriBridge Africa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
