Empowering African agriculture to feed the world
We started AgriBridge Africa to close the gap between farms doing exceptional work and buyers who never get to hear about them.
It began with a cocoa cooperative in Ashanti
In 2018, our co-founder Amara visited a cocoa cooperative outside Kumasi and watched a broker offer growers a third of the price the same beans fetched at a Rotterdam auction two weeks later. The farmers had no way to verify the gap, no direct line to a buyer, and no leverage to negotiate.
AgriBridge Africa was built to remove that information asymmetry. We put farm-gate verification, transparent pricing and export logistics on one platform so a grower in Kumasi and an importer in Marseille can trade as directly as the paperwork allows.
Six years on, we work with cooperatives and independent farms across 23 countries, covering coffee, cocoa, tea, spices, tree nuts and cold-pressed oils — always starting from the same question: does this deal make the grower better off?

Our values
Trust before scale
Every grower is verified in person before they ever appear in the marketplace. We'd rather grow slowly with integrity than fast with doubt.
Fair value, both ways
Farmers set transparent FOB pricing and buyers see the same numbers. No hidden middlemen margins on either side of the trade.
Land-first sustainability
We favour agroforestry, shade-grown and regenerative producers, and publish traceability data down to the cooperative plot.
Local knowledge, global reach
Our regional teams live in the communities they serve, pairing agronomy expertise with export-grade logistics know-how.
Our trade routes
Verified harvests move from six origin regions to major European and US ports of entry, consolidated into full containers wherever possible.
