A regional agronomist visits in person, captures precise plot coordinates and photographs growing conditions and storage facilities.
Samples are sent to accredited third-party labs to test moisture, pesticide residue, and crop-specific quality metrics.
An AgriBridge reviewer cross-checks documents, GPS data and lab results before the listing is approved and published.

What's in a verification file
Every approved listing comes with a downloadable file containing:
- Farmer or cooperative identification documents
- GPS-mapped plot boundaries with area in hectares
- Photographic evidence of growing and storage conditions
- Independent lab report with test date and accredited lab name
- Relevant certification body scope certificate (organic, Fair Trade, etc.)
- Export permit and phytosanitary clearance where applicable
- AgriBridge reviewer sign-off with approval date
