The story so far
Kwame has farmed cocoa outside Kumasi since 2011, building a six-day box-fermentation process that has become a benchmark for the region. His beans regularly place in Ghana's national quality trials.
Alongside his own 12 hectares, he coordinates fermentation and drying for a cluster of 25 smallholder families, giving them access to export-grade infrastructure they could never build alone.
Since joining AgriBridge, Kwame has doubled his export volume in two seasons, now shipping full containers directly to European chocolate makers instead of relying on local aggregators.
